Society will host its 11th Caregiver Conference in partnership with Houston Lewy Body Dementia Association Research Center of Excellence on Saturday, November 14th at The Briar Club. This special, full-day educational event is designed exclusively for those caring for individuals with Parkinson’s disease (PD). The biennial conference offers participants helpful, practical information that is important to understanding and managing care of someone with PD. Caregivers have the opportunity to learn new skills and discover resources that focuses on the care of their loved one as well as self-care. It is also a great time for caregivers to meet in-person and share with others in the caregiving role.
While we are still confirming all of our event details, registration for this event is now open. Please note that this event is exclusively for caregivers and care partners and not open to those with a Parkinson’s diagnosis – we appreciate you honoring the space for caregivers to gather and learn.
